酒店政策
- 所有客人必须年满18岁（即必须已过18岁生日）。
- 18岁以下客人必须由父母或法定监护人陪同，且监护人必须提供实体有效的证明文件。
- 办理入住时，所有住客均须出示新加坡政府核发的带照片实体身份证。外籍住客亦须出示实体有效护照。其他证件如Singpass、工作证、长期通行证、驾驶证及会员卡将不被接受。
- 预订时请输入与身份证明文件相同的姓名。
- 所有酒店客房均为非吸烟客房。
- 携带儿童与额外住客或会产生额外费用。详情请向酒店查询。

- 客人在预订时提供的身份信息为最终版本，之后将不允许进行任何更改。
- 除已登记的住客外，不允许其他访客进入房间。
Complimentary Shuttle Service
This complimentary shuttle service is available for hotel guests to commute between Village Hotel Changi and Changi Airport.
Due to luggage storage, seats are limited to 12 per time slot and is subject to availability. As seats are not guaranteed, guests travelling to the airport are required to make a reservation at the front office before boarding.
Advanced reservation is not available for guests coming from Changi Airport, as seats are subject to availability on a first-come-first-served basis. Guests are advised to arrange their own transport to Village Hotel Changi or Changi Airport if they are unable to board the shuttle bus.
Please wait at the respective pick-up points at least 10 minutes prior to the departure timing:
- Village Hotel Changi driveway
- Coach bay at Terminals 1 (lanes 1-12), 2 (pick-up zone next to carpark 2A), 3 (lanes 1 - 61) and 4 (lanes 1 - 25)
Timings are estimated and subject to changes and traffic conditions at time of travelling. The approximate time taken from VHC to Terminals 3, 1, 2 and 4 are 20, 30, 40 and 50 minutes, respectively.
The shuttle service is unavailable for any pick-ups from 3.15pm – 5pm. Guests are advised to arrange their own transport to Village Hotel Changi or Changi Airport during this time.
The hotel is not liable for any damaged or missing luggage.
