Flow App is a “Platform for Space” that helps urban travellers find hotel rooms or workspaces for just a few hours. We partner with high-end hotels and co-working spaces to offer flexible hourly bookings during the day. You can choose stays from 1 to 12 hours, perfect for ad-hoc plans, short breaks, transit stays, or work sessions.

What’s the difference between hourly bookings and overnight stays?

Think of hourly bookings as à la carte where you pick any available time slot you want. Overnight stays are the traditional full-course option with fixed check-in and check-out times.

How can I sign up for Flow App?

Signing up Flow App is quick and easy. Choose your preferred method: Email, Mobile number, Apple ID, or Google account.

How do I make a booking on Flow App?

To make a booking on Flow App, simply: 1. Open the Flow app or website 2. Choose your city and preferred hotel 3. Select the preferred date and time slot 4. Tap Book Now and complete payment

Do first-time users get any vouchers?

All newly registered users automatically receive a first-booking voucher. Please apply the voucher before confirming payment for your first booking.

How can I change my booking dates and times?

Changing your booking depends on the booking policy. Some bookings allow changes, while others may be non-modifiable. Please check the policy shown on your confirmation.

Do all guests need to bring a physical IC or passport for check-in?

All guests must present a valid physical identification card issued by the local government upon check-in. Foreign guests are required to present a physical passport. Special Note for Hotel Guests in Singapore: Other forms of identification such as Singpass, work permits, long-term passes, driving licences, and membership cards are not accepted.

Can I make a booking on behalf of someone else?

Yes, you can. However, you must enter the full name of the check-in guest exactly as it appears on their official identity document (e.g., passport or ID card) when making the reservation. Important: If the name provided does not match the booking record or the ID presented at check-in, the hotel may refuse check-in, and no refunds or cancellations will be provided.

Do I need to download the app to use Flow App?

No. You can make bookings through the Flow App website or the Flow app. The app is recommended for faster booking, reward tracking, and exclusive perks.

How can I pay for my booking on Flow App?

Flow App supports multiple payment methods. You’ll see all available options at checkout, depending on your selected hotel and region.

How is Flow App different from other hotel booking platforms?

Simply keep booking through your Flow App account. Every completed booking earns you Reward Points. As your points accumulate, you’ll move up the Flow Rewards tiers and unlock more exclusive vouchers and perks.

How to cancel my booking?

Some hotels offer free cancellation within a specific cancellation window (usually for hourly or half-day bookings, but not for overnight stays). For full details, please refer to the cancellation policy shown on the space’s booking page or in your confirmation email.

Is 18 years old enough to stay at a hotel? What if I just turned 18?

Yes. All guests must be at least 18 years old to stay at most hotels. As long as each guest’s 18th birthday has already passed, they are eligible to check in. Important: Some hotels may have stricter policies and require all guests to be 21 years old or above. Please check the Property Policies on each hotel's page before booking.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your member account, please follow the steps below: 1. Log in to your account. 2. Navigate to the Settings section. 3. Tap on the “Delete Account” option and follow the on-screen instructions.

How can I remove booking records from my account?

To remove a booking record from your account, please follow the steps below: 1. Go to the “Orders” tab after logging in. 2. Locate the reservation you wish to remove and swipe left on it. 3. Tap the red bin icon to delete the selected booking. Once removed, the booking will no longer appear in your member account history.

How do I check my bookings?

You can view all your bookings in the “My Bookings” section on the Flow app or website. You can also access your booking details through the confirmation email sent to the email address used for your booking.
