Best Price Guarantee

Found a lower price online for a hotel you’ve already booked with us? If you are a Flow Member with an eligible booking, we will refund you 3 times the difference!

Here’s how the Best Price Guarantee works:

1. Check if your booking meets the below -

   • The same room at a lower price is found on another website with the same conditions as your Flow booking, including property name, room type, duration of stay, check-in and check-out time, cancellation and refund policies, hotel extras (e.g. Wi-Fi), room benefits (e.g. free parking), and the exact same check-in date.
   • The Best Price Guarantee claim must be submitted via the below form within 24 hours of making your Flow booking. The lower price compared must be available and bookable on another website at the time we receive your claim.
   • Our Best Price Guarantee only applies to Flow confirmed same-day bookings for hotels in Hong Kong only and does not apply to overnight bookings.



2. Fill in the form below and let us know -

   • Flow booking ID
   • URL link of the website where you found the better price
   • Up to 5 screenshots of the relevant website, which clearly show the room availability, check-in and check-out time, room type, room rate, cancellation and refund policy.



3. We refund you 3x the difference –

   • We will refund 3 times the difference in the form of Flow Dollars, discount vouchers, or a combination of both to your Flow Member account.

Terms and Conditions

1. Our Best Price Guarantee only applies to Flow confirmed same-day bookings for hotels in Hong Kong only and does not apply to overnight bookings.


2. The following conditions must be met regarding the lower price found on another website:
   • Same property
   • Same check-in and check-out times
   • Same check-in date
   • Same room and bed type
   • Same or more favorable cancellation and refund policies
   • Same or higher room capacity (e.g., number of adults/children)
   • Same extras (e.g. Wi-Fi)
   • Same or more favorable room benefits (e.g. free parking)
   • Same currency
   • The rate compared must be final and inclusive of taxes and service fees
   • The rate compared must be bookable for instant confirmation at the time Flow's agent checks availability


3. The Best Price Guarantee applies only to prices available to the general public on a website. It does not apply to:
   • Non-public rates (e.g. negotiated rates, group rates, company rates, membership or reward program rates)
   • Rates offered in any promotions
   • Rates offered as part of a package (e.g. not part of a room + meals package)
   • Rates offered on any official hotel website or any website directly or indirectly operated by the hotel
   • Rates obtained via offline channels where you have to call or e-mail to get the rate
   • Rates obtained via auction or similar process


4. Flow reserves the right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including but not limited to, determining that it is for the same property, room type, duration of stay or check-in dates, and that it satisfies all terms, conditions, and claims processing requirements.


5. The Best Price Guarantee cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.


6. Flow reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee at any time.
