⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Stayed at Furama RiverFront on 31 May to celebrate our anniversary, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable staycations we've had. From the moment we checked in, the experience exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a higher-floor room on the 19th floor, which offered a much better view and made our special occasion even more meaningful. What touched us most was the thoughtful gesture of a complimentary 2-hour late check-out extension. It allowed us to enjoy our anniversary at a more relaxed pace and make the most of our time together without feeling rushed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, while the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely hospitable throughout our stay. Their excellent service made us feel valued and welcomed.
