Fast and easy booking process, thanks to the Flow app. The same goes for the check-in process as the receptionists were efficient. The hotel is strategically placed beside Pasar Seni terminal where you can access taxis, buses, LRT, and MRT. The room is clean and cozy.I like the arrangement this time. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay comfortable from start to finish.
