Upon arriving at Mercu Summer Suites building, kindly proceed to enter through the main entrance of the building.
Upon entering the main entrance glass door, there is a Coffee Cart directly in front, inside the building beside MyNews convenience store. The signage is written as Drop Coffee Cart and the coffee cart is in brown colour. Please go to the Drop Coffee Cart and kindly show your booking confirmation voucher or email to the staff for verification and they will proceed to Check you in.
## CHECK-INS after 10pm ##
Please enter through the main entrance and kindly proceed to the security guard counter in the middle of the ground-floor lobby. The security guard will help with the Checking-in process.
Parking
Once entering the Mercu Summer Suites building, please drive straight to the back of the building where the parking ramp is. There will be an auto-pay parking gate at the ramp. Please take the parking ticket and proceed to go up the ramp. You may park at Level 3 or 4 at parking spaces that are empty with no reservation tag.
Upon checking out, please pay the parking charges at the Autopay machine situated at the ground floor of the building. Please inform the guards if you are unable to find it and the guards will help you by guiding you towards the right direction.
Parking charges are as follows;
Per hour: RM 2.00
Overnight(Vehicle doesn’t move in and out of parking): RM 20.00 - RM 30.00

Everything good and perfectI've been staying here multiple times. certain room tv don't work, the shower hot water heater isn't working. another is aircond not working. toilet/shower is ok, some smells, drainage is slow, and exhaust fan is noisy. could really improve on maintenance but overall it's not badNot very tidy, the pillow still smells badWhen I entered the room, it had an unpleasant smell. The bed and sofa were clearly not clean. The room was also missing some important items and didn't feel complete. The check-in staff was not very polite, but the check-out staff was nice and helpful.I wont recommend for family stay. It use only 1 access card for entry & re-entry. Hassle & difficult. The apartment are decent. Another think is dont expect check in on time because you need to stay in line with those buying coffees.. Haha.Not so clean just the basic clean but there a smell comes from air-conditioning
