Asaya Damansara supports Self Check-In. Please take hotel lift access to level 11 directly without queuing at the hotel counter.
SELF-CHECKIN
WhatApps/wechat your payment receipt to hotel assistance to redeem digital passcode.Passcode redemption during office hours from 9 am to 11 pm only. IF YOUR BOOKING SLOT IS AFTER 11PM, please make sure you contact the host for check-in before 11pm.
DEPOSIT
Asaya reserves the right to collect a refundable deposit equivalent to the booking fee amount from guests. The deposit shall be refunded within 3 working days after the guests check-out
