Strategic location.. during my stay.. the room card have several issue and keep unable to go in the room.. other was good

Strategic location at the KL golden triangle area. Parking space is very limited and a parking charge applies for hotel guests. Fairly clean but certain drawers contained used tissues that were not removed before our stay. Drainage at shower can be a concern as it can overflow out to the wardrobe space.
