The front desk staff are very friendly, I’ve booked the superior room, got told that they ran out of double bed room and only have 2 single beds room. So they upgraded it to deluxe room for free.態度友好。仲做了免費upgrade 。環境乾淨Nice hotel for staycation in Kowloon City, feels like home. Good location. Kitchen with bath tub.超讚的酒店,乾淨.房間比想像中大，良好體驗！！The hotel has a fitness centre, swimming pool, lounge, bar and quite a few other facilities I haven't had time to avail. Will come back againnice decor in spacious room, delicious and good variety of food, hospitality and good service.
