The Room Upgrade benefit is only available at selected participating hotels, which will be shown on the relevant benefit page or during the redemption flow.
Can I use the Room Upgrade benefit with other offers?
No, each booking can only use one offer, either a Booking Credit, Hotel Benefit or coupon code.
Do I need to use Flow Points to redeem a Room Upgrade?
Yes, Flow Points are required for this benefit, but it is only available for eligible Gold and Diamond members.
Is the Room Upgrade guaranteed after redemption?
No, Room Upgrade is subject to room availability upon check-in and will be confirmed by the hotel at arrival.
What happens if the hotel cannot provide a room upgrade upon check-in?
If the hotel cannot provide a Room Upgrade due to no room availability upon check-in, the voucher will be reissued to your account.
Terms and Conditions
- The Room Upgrade benefit can only be used on eligible bookings made through Flow.
- The benefit is only available at selected participating hotels.
- The Room Upgrade benefit is only available to eligible Gold and Diamond members.
- Specific Flow Points are required to redeem this benefit.
- Each Room Upgrade voucher can be used once only and must be applied at checkout before payment.
- Only one Booking Credit, Hotel Benefit or coupon code can be used per booking.
- Room Upgrade is limited to one room category upgrade only.
- Room Upgrade is subject to room availability upon check-in and will be confirmed by the hotel at arrival.
- The Room Upgrade voucher is valid only for the Flow account from which it was redeemed.
- Each Room Upgrade voucher has its own validity period. Please check the expiry date shown on the voucher after redemption.
- If the hotel cannot provide a Room Upgrade due to room availability upon check-in, the benefit will not be fulfilled for that booking.
- The Room Upgrade benefit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, resold or used outside of Flow.
- Flow reserves the right to reject, cancel or void any redemption that is invalid, incomplete, duplicated, fraudulent, resold or misused.
- Flow reserves the right to amend the benefit details, usage rules and terms without prior notice.
