Overall a very positive experience. Upon arriving the front desk staff upgraded my room from a standard room to a larger room with king bed for no charge.

How it works
1. Sign in as a Flow member and activate Offer 1 and Offer 2 on this page. Activate only one and you join only that offer.
2. Make a booking from 5 to 11 November, Hong Kong time, with check-in from 5 to 30 November.
3. Earn on what you book:
Offer 1 — every booking earns 111 extra points, with no limit on how many bookings.
Offer 2 — book a stay over HK$600 and earn 1,000 extra points. It stacks with Offer 1, so that booking earns 1,111 in total. Each member can earn the 1,000 extra points once.
Bonus giveaway — the member with the highest total spend from 5–11 Nov wins a free stay at Hotel One Eighteen. Every booking enters you automatically, and the winner will be notified by email after 4 Dec.

Every booking earns 111 extra points, with no limit. Book one stay of HK$600 or more to earn 1,111 in total. Each member can earn the 1,000 extra points once.
11.11 Stays
Terms and conditions
This campaign runs in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia, and is open to Flow members with a registered account at the time of booking.
The Offer 2 threshold is set by the booking market: HK$600 in Hong Kong, SGD 95 in Singapore, and RM140 in Malaysia. The 1,000 extra points are limited to one per member across the whole campaign and is not repeated for bookings in more than one market.
Members must activate each offer on this page to take part. The two offers are activated separately, and activating one does not enrol you in the other.
A booking qualifies for Offer 1 or Offer 2 only if that offer was activated before check-out from the stay. If the offer was not activated before check-out, the booking does not qualify for that offer. Activation is not required for the bonus giveaway.
Orders must be placed from 00:00 Nov 5 to 23:59 Nov 11, 2026 (HKT), for stays dated Nov 5–30, 2026.
The 111 extra points apply per completed order, with no cap on the number of qualifying orders.
The 1,000 extra points require a single order with a total booking price of HK$600/ SGD 95/ RM140 or more, and is limited to one per member for the campaign period.
Cancelled, refunded, and no-show orders do not qualify. Extra points already credited may be reversed.
All extra points are credited in one batch on Dec 4, 2026 and expire per standard Flow Points rules.
Bonus giveaway: Flow will give away one hotel stay in each region (Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia). All Flow members who complete a booking during the campaign period are entered automatically. No activation is required.
In each region, the winner is the member with the highest total spend across completed bookings made during the campaign period (5–11 Nov 2026), after discounts and excluding taxes and other fees. Cancelled, refunded and no-show bookings are not counted.
If two or more members have the same total spend, the member who made the earlier booking wins.
Prizes: one daycation stay of 4–8 hours (no overnight stay) at Hotel One Eighteen (Hong Kong), Amara Singapore (Singapore) and Micasa All Suite Hotel Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). Winners will be notified by email after 4 Dec 2026. Prize stays must be taken in December 2026, excluding 24–26 Dec and 30–31 Dec, and are subject to the hotel's available time slots, further blackout dates and availability, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
