The Flow Dollars will be credited to the member’s Flow account 3 days after the check-out date of the booking.
Silver: SGD2 in Flow Dollars
Gold: SGD5 in Flow Dollars
Diamond: SGD10 in Flow Dollars

The Member Thankful Day promotion will take place on Apr 10, 2024. Members can receive a Flow Dollars Reward for any hotel bookings made on this day. The reward amount is determined by your membership tier: Silver members will receive SGD2 in Flow Dollars, Gold members will receive SGD5 in Flow Dollars, and Diamond members will receive SGD10 in Flow Dollars. The currency and amount of Flow Dollars depend on the region where the booking was made. Flow Dollars will be credited to your Flow account 3 days after the checkout date of your booking. Each member is eligible to enjoy the reward a maximum of three times per month. Flow Dollars cannot be refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with other coupons, cash vouchers, or promotions.
