Flow User Generated Content Terms of Use


Flow Entertainment Limited and our related companies (together “Flow”) reaches out to social media users to seek their consent to feature our favourite content on our online platforms, social channels, and various marketing materials.


If you choose to give Flow your permission to use the photographs, comments, and other content posted on your social media account (“Content”) by responding with the hashtag #flowtheroom to our message, you agree to these Terms of Use.


Under these terms, you grant Flow a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use, modify, edit, create derivative works from your Content, and publicly display and reproduce it in any media format, including on our online platforms, royalty-free and without compensation.


You confirm the following:


  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • Each identifiable individual depicted in a photo included in your Content has consented to the photo being shared publicly and without restriction.
  • Your Content does not include third-party intellectual property (such as copyrighted material) unless you have permission from that party or are otherwise legally entitled to do so.
  • Flow’s use of your Content will not, to the best of your knowledge, violate any law, and will not infringe any rights of a third party.
  • You will not seek to hold Flow, or any person acting on Flow’s behalf, responsible for any demands by a third party related to our use of your Content.


This license is permissive. Flow may use your Content but is not obliged to. We are not required to inform you if we use it, how we use it, or if we stop using it. If Flow uses your Content, we will credit your username on the social media platform on which you posted it.


You may withdraw your consent at any time by revoking the license you are giving us under these terms. To do so, send an email with your social media account username to marketing@flowtheroom.com and Flow will remove your Content from our online platforms and marketing channels within 60 days of receiving your request. From the date we receive your email, we will not produce any new materials containing your Content. You acknowledge (i) that Flow may continue to use and distribute materials already produced at the time we receive your request and (ii) Flow is not required to recall any material containing your Content in circulation.


Flow reserves the right to alter these Terms of Use without advance notice by posting a revised Terms of Use. Accordingly, you should review the Terms of Use each time you grant permission or authorisation to feature your Content.
