For your convenience, free shuttle bus from the hotel to Hong Kong Airport Express Station is provided and it takes around 10 minutes. Ibis Hong Kong Central & Sheung Wan is a 5-minute walk from HK-Macau Ferry Terminal. It takes 40 minutes by taxi from the Hong Kong International Airport to the hotel. All rooms are air-conditioned and feature a 32-inch LCD TV, fine beddings and furnishings. They are fitted with timber flooring and have a safe, a fridge and free toiletries. The rooms offer views of the harbour or the city. TASTE restaurant serves an international breakfast buffet. LE BAR offers both local and international dishes throughout the day.   • Room Capacity Notice: Each meeting room has a strict maximum capacity. Please ensure the number of guests does not exceed the stated limit. Guests exceeding the room capacity will not be permitted entry.
  • Cancellations
  • Once your booking has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed. You’ll be charged the total price of the booking if you cancel or modify your booking, or do not show up.

You Should Also Know

  • Each session in the meeting can accommodate a maximum of 10 persons.
  • The registered name(s) must be provided in the order must be exactly the same as the name(s) shown on the passport or other valid identification documents (e.g., Hong Kong Identity Card).
  • Any additional usage time beyond the confirmed booking period will be charged at HK$500 per hour per session, plus 10% service charge, and payment must be made directly to the Hotel.
  • Except for drinking water, no food and no beverages are allowed to be consumed or served in the meeting room.
  • No outside food or beverages may be brought into the meeting room.
  • Once the booking is confirmed, please arrive on the event day and check in with the Hotel Duty Manager at the 5th Floor Front Desk no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
  • The maximum capacity of the meeting room may be changed at any time in accordance with local government requirements or Hotel policy, without prior notice. The Hotel shall not be liable for any inconvenience or disruption caused thereby
