+1 Extra Hour & $20 FNB Voucher

Terms and Conditions

• The +1 Extra Hour & $20 FNB voucher can only be used on eligible bookings made through Flow.
• The +1 Extra Hour & $20 FNB voucher is only available to eligible Gold and Diamond members.
• Each +1 Extra Hour & $20 FNB voucher can be used once only and must be applied at checkout before payment.
• Only one Booking Credit, Hotel Benefit or voucher code can be used per booking.
• The extra hour will be added to the booking once the voucher is successfully applied at checkout.
• The extra hour is applicable to late check out only and cannot be used to change the check-in time.
• The $20 FNB voucher will be issued upon hotel check-in and is subject to the hotel's usage terms.
• The +1 Extra Hour & $20 FNB voucher is only available at Sofitel Singapore City Centre and is subject to availability during selected timeslots.
• The +1 Extra Hour & $20 FNB voucher is valid only for the Flow account from which it was redeemed.
• Each +1 Extra Hour & $20 FNB voucher has its own validity period. Please check the expiry date shown on the voucher after redemption.
• If a booking made with a +1 Extra Hour & $20 FNB voucher is cancelled, the redeemed voucher will only be refunded for bookings eligible for free cancellation. For non-refundable bookings, the redeemed voucher will not be refunded.
• The +1 Extra Hour & $20 FNB voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, resold or used outside of Flow.
• Flow reserves the right to reject, cancel or void any redemption that is invalid, incomplete, duplicated, fraudulent, resold or misused.
• Flow reserves the right to amend the benefit details, usage rules and terms without prior notice.
