Can I stay airside without clearing immigration?
Not if you're entering Singapore. Transit-area hotels and lounges, such as Aerotel in T1 and Ambassador Transit in T2 and T3, are for connecting passengers only: you can stay airside without clearing immigration only with an onward boarding pass. Once you're through immigration, your options are Changi Lounge in Jewel or a room.
