It was a good experience at Copthorne on my two lodging occasions.
The services are great, Mr. Krishna Rao (Security concierge officer) was exceptional, he went extra miles to assist I and my colleague.

Wonderful experience shared by family and friends during festive holidays. Arrival journey was awesome with nice suited and friendly team members at lobby. I had the opportunity to use pre-registration services which totally cutdown my wait time during arrival. The room were upgraded with nice city view allocated by the team.

Copthorne Kings Hotel has unique room with balcony & the restaurant’s food are nice and delicious and they comes with fantastic, superb & amazing customer services by their awesome waitress in Kebaya.
