Leave a review on Flow’s official Google Business Profile and get 300 Flow Points as a thank you reward.
Important: This campaign is only valid for reviews submitted on Flow’s Google Business Page. Reviews left on other platforms, such as App Store, Google Play, Facebook, Instagram, or other review websites, will not be eligible for the reward.
How to participate
Step 1: Search for the Flow App on Google
Search Flow App Singapore - Luxury Hotels by the Hour on the Google search engine.
Step 2: Write your Google review
Go to the Reviews section and select Write a review. Share your Flow booking, stay, or app experience — write as much as you like!
Step 3: Take a screenshot of your submitted review
After submitting your review, take a screenshot showing your review on Flow’s Google Business Profile.
Step 4: Submit your screenshot
Upload your review screenshot through the designated submission form.
Please make sure the email address or phone number you provide matches your Flow account so we can credit the 300 Flow Points to the correct account.
Our team will verify your review within 7–10 days. Once approved, the points will be automatically credited to your Flow account. You will also receive an email notification once the points have been added.
Terms & Conditions
- This campaign is open to all registered Flow users.
- To receive the reward, users must submit a valid review on Flow’s official Google Business Profile only and provide a screenshot via the designated submission form.
- Reviews submitted on other platforms, including but not limited to the App Store, Google Play, Facebook, Instagram, or other review websites, will not be eligible for this campaign.
- The review must be publicly visible on Flow’s Google Business Profile at the time of verification.
- Each user is eligible to redeem the reward once only.
- Eligible users will receive 300 Flow Points upon successful verification. Verification typically takes 7–10 days.
- The reward will be credited automatically to the eligible user’s Flow account after verification. Users will receive an email notification once the points have been added.
- This campaign is valid until 31 December 2026.
- Flow reserves the right to reject any invalid, incomplete, duplicate, non-public, unrelated, or fraudulent submissions.
- Flow reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
