clean, comfy, centrally located. only issue was that the lobby was a bit stuffy and toilet was tiny but otherwise pretty good.

Booked from 3pm to 7pm. My room was 4F. Around 547pm a cleaner/staff opened the room door. Lucky I used the metal guard to prevent the door from opening. The toilet if you don't close the curtain properly if there's people in the opposite building they might be able to look through the window. Aircon was faulty. Might not book here unless no other choice

The room was quite dirty dusty maybe because the cleaner rushing to tidy up and change the bedsheet and pillow case and clean the bathroom. The two female staff members didn't know how to properly handle guests checking in. I had booked the room about two weeks in advance. The staff should have been responsible for monitoring the check-in and check-out times of the guests using the rooms. We waited a long time, and our scheduled check-in time had already passed. When I asked one of the staff members how much longer we had to wait, she responded with a sour look and said, "Can you wait? The cleaners are still tidying up the room because the previous guest checked out late." So, just because the previous occupant checked out late, the next guest has to wait? The booking details clearly state the check-in and check-out times. It was the staff's job to call the previous guests to remind them that their check-out time had passed and that someone else was booked to use the room next. I felt frustrated at that moment because the way the lady staff responded unprofessionally. That’s why I won’t book at that hotel again. For me, it’s not just about the cleanliness or size of the room; it’s about how the staff entertain and professionally treat the customers checking in, as they represent the hotel name where they work for.
