To express gratitude for the support of all Flow members, Flow will launch a “Member Thankful Day” on the 10th day of every month. Members will receive a reward of Flow Dollars for any hotel booking made on this day, with the amount of Flow Dollars determined by their membership tier.
The Flow Dollars will be credited to the member’s Flow account 3 days after the check-out date of the booking.
Silver: RM5 in Flow Dollars
Gold: RM8 in Flow Dollars
Diamond: RM15 in Flow Dollars

The Member Thankful Day promotion will take place on Apr 10, 2024. Members can receive a Flow Dollars Reward for any hotel bookings made on this day. The reward amount is determined by your membership tier: Silver members will receive RM5 in Flow Dollars, Gold members will receive RM8 in Flow Dollars, and Diamond members will receive RM15 in Flow Dollars. The currency and amount of Flow Dollars depend on the region where the booking was made. Flow Dollars will be credited to your Flow account 3 days after the checkout date of your booking. Each member is eligible to enjoy the reward a maximum of three times per month. Flow Dollars cannot be refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with other coupons, cash vouchers, or promotions.
