Only reservations with successful payment made during the Promotion Period and which comply with the eligibility and qualifying criteria mentioned herein shall qualify as eligible entries.

There is no limit to the number of times you can participate. The more reservations you make, the higher your chances of winning the prize.

📌 Winner Selection & Announcement

• The winners’ announcement will be on 21 August 2024.
• Winners’ selection is based on the highest chances accumulated for hotel bookings made during the promotion period.
• 3 winners will be announced on Instagram Post, contacted by telephone, and required to answer one (1) random question correctly to win the prize.

Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion starts from 15 July 2024 to 15 August 2024.
2. Staying period from 15 July 2024 to 15 August 2024.
3. To be eligible for the event, participants must apply the promo code 「BOOK4MY」to make the bookings and stay during the promotion period. There is no upper limit on the number of times you can participate. The more times you book and the higher the value, the higher the chance of winning.

   • Hotel Booking with RM180 or above: 3 chances
4. The winners list will be announced on Flow Instagram on 21 August 2024, and the winners will be contacted by phone. After correctly answering a simple question, you will receive the prize.
5. This event is only open to all Flow users in Malaysia aged 18 years old and above.
6. All information is subjected to the records of online orders. Any incorrect or incomplete information will be deemed invalid. Flow is not responsible if the information filled in the event is untrue or incorrect, resulting in the winner being unable to receive the prize notification and event prizes.
7. If the information logged in by the participants or winners is lost, incorrect, unrecognisable or damaged due to computer, network, telephone, technology or other reasons that are not attributable to Flow, the information will be invalid. Flow does not assume any legal responsibility for the situation, and neither the participant nor the winner shall have any objection.
8. If a participant is found to participate in this event through a plug-in or other informal means such as an empty account or a fake account, Flow will disqualify the participant without further notice.
9. Once the prize is collected, Flow will not reissue it if it is damaged, lost or stolen.
10. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. The organizer reserves the absolute right to substitute and/or replace the prize without any prior notice to the participants.
11. The personal information you provide in this event will only be used by Flow to contact you if you win. This information will be stored by Flow in a secure manner but may also be disclosed to authorized employees of Flow. We will not sell your personal information to any third party.
12. Participants understand and are willing to abide by the terms and conditions established by the company. If anyone violates the terms, conducts this activity dishonestly and/or commits fraud, the company reserves the right to cancel his/her qualifications to participate and win the prize without any notice.
13. Any expenses associated with the collection of the prize such as transportation and accommodation (if applicable) shall be solely borne by the winner.
14. In case of any dispute, Flow reserves the right of final decision.

「BOOK4MY」Voucher code terms & conditions

1. The 「BOOK4MY」voucher is valid from 15 July 2024 to 15 August 2024 and applies to stays within the same period.
2. To qualify for the campaign, users must enter the voucher code during the booking process on our website or mobile app.
3. Vouchers are only valid for hotel bookings within the specified period and cannot be used for other services or products.
4. Vouchers are reusable and valid for each user account.
5. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.
6. The vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
7. Vouchers are valid for any room type and length of stay.
8. If the reservation is canceled or the modified check-in date is later than the event’s end date, the participation qualification related to the coupon will be canceled.
9. Vouchers cannot be used for making bookings after the event period.
10. Vouchers use is subjected to stock availability and general terms.
11. Flow reserves the right to modify or terminate this voucher at any time without prior notice.
12. If the voucher is misused or fraudulent, the booking will be canceled and legal action may be taken.
13. By using the voucher, users agree to abide by the above terms and conditions.
