One booking, one coupon.

Only one Booking Credit or reward voucher can be applied per booking. You can redeem and use rewards again on future bookings, subject to the reward rules.

Hotel Benefits at Selected Hotels

Hotel Benefits are available at selected hotels. Benefits such as +1 Extra Hour and Room Upgrade are only available at participating hotels and may be subject to booking conditions or hotel availability.

FAQs

What happens to my Flow Points if I cancel a booking?

For Booking Credits and +1 Extra Hour, Flow Points will not be refunded once the voucher has been used on a cancelled booking. However, if a Room Upgrade cannot be provided upon check-in due to room availability, the voucher will be reissued to your account.

Can I pay partly with Flow Points and partly with cash?

No, Flow Points cannot be used directly as partial payment. You can redeem Booking Credits with Flow Points and apply them to eligible bookings.

Which hotels participate in +1 Extra Hour and Room Upgrade benefits?

Participating hotels will be shown on the relevant benefit page or during the redemption flow.

Why have my Flow Points not appeared after my stay?

Flow Points are usually credited after checkout, but it may take some time for eligible points to appear in your account.

How are Stay Hours calculated for tier upgrades?

Stay Hours are calculated based on eligible completed booking hours and are used to determine your membership tier progress. Please visit Flow Rewards for more information.

How do I use my +1 Extra Hour or Room Upgrade benefit?

After clicking Redeem Now, the required Flow Points will be converted into a voucher in your account, which you can apply to your next eligible Flow booking.

Can I use more than one Booking Credit, Hotel Benefit or coupon code in the same booking?

No, each booking can only use one offer, either a Booking Credit, Hotel Benefit or coupon code. Multiple offers cannot be combined in the same booking.

Are Hotel Benefits guaranteed after redemption?

Hotel Benefits are subject to participating hotel availability, booking conditions and, in some cases, confirmation upon check-in.
