(Most hotels/workspaces on Flow offers instant confirmation; only a few will confirm in the app within 30 minutes)

Flow understands things don't always go as planned. Some hotels offer full cancellation policy within a certain cancellation window (applicable normally to hourly or half-day bookings only, but not overnight). For details of cancellation policy, please refer to each space's booking page for more details.

We currently do not allow modification on any booking, unless the merchant fails to provide the space. You are encouraged to review the booking details before payment.
After we process your refund, it may take up to 12 days for the bank to post the credit to your account, and up to 2 billing cycles for that credit to show on your statement.
You can refer to the Booking Records tab to check the status, it should take no longer than 30 minutes for the merchant to confirm/reject your booking.
Present your ID Card (or passport if you are a foreigner), reservation confirmation code & pay the deposit (if required) at the front desk.
Some hotels may require a deposit from customers and it's a standard practice in the hotel industry. It usually ranges from HK$500 to HK$1000.
Your deposit will be refunded to you in full when you check out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges you've accumulated during your stay.
No worries. The amount charged due to any incomplete booking will be refunded in full to your PayMe account within 5 minutes. The reasons for a failed PayMe booking are as follows: 1. Receive a call during transaction being processed 2. Close or quit the PayMe App without completing the transaction The normal booking process for PayMe is as follows: 1. Upon checkout on Flow, it will jump to PayMe App 2. Wait for PayMe to process the payment (please DO NOT close PayMe App or press any button while waiting) 3. After the processing is completed, PayMe will automatically jump back to Flow (sometimes PayMe may take up to 1 minute to process before jumping back to Flow, please be patient!) 4. Flow displays the Booking Confirmation page Please ensure you follow the above booking process when you pay via PayMe.
