Extremely bad service due to the fat malay guy was very rude! I asked to change the schedule time to 1hr earlier as we would like to check in earlier and check out later but said that it cannot be done in a very rude way. He said it’s not his problem and kept saying thank you sarcastically, like asking us to get lost. With this kind of attitude and service, better not to stay here as you are treated like some low class piece of shit. I do not recommend you staying here unless you do not mind the rude service

Booked a daycation stay for 4 hours for my kids and me to rest between an event and their rehearsal. Big mistake. Check in is a nightmare as you are supposed to park in front and check in but there is no where to park. And the nightmare only got worse. To get a lift up and down took up to an hour of waiting. And there was no ac in the lift lobby despite the sweltering midday heat. In the end I only rested 1/2 an hour cos 2 hours was wasted on check in and waiting for a lift. And left an hour earlier than check out bcos I didnt want to be late waiting for the lift

no good！I made a reservation in advance. They said they would provide parking, but in the end, I had to park in a public parking lot. It was also raining heavily and I got soaked. The elevator was very slow! The counter staff had a very bad attitude!
