How do I use a Booking Credit voucher?
After redeeming a Booking Credit voucher with Flow Points, the voucher will be added to your account and can be applied at checkout on your next eligible Flow booking.
Can Booking Credits be used at any hotel?
Yes, Booking Credits can be used on eligible bookings at any hotel on Flow, subject to the reward rules.
How long is my Booking Credit valid for?
Each Booking Credit has its own validity period. Please check the expiry date shown on the voucher after redemption.
How do I know if my voucher can be used for my booking?
Before redeeming, please review the voucher details. If you’re unsure, select your hotel and time slot first. The checkout page (before selecting a payment method) will indicate whether the voucher is applicable to your selected hotel and time slot. Redeemed vouchers will appear under My Vouchers.
Where can I find my redeemed Booking Credit?
Once redeemed, your Booking Credit voucher will be available in your account and can be selected at checkout.
Can I use Booking Credit voucher together with other offers?
No. Only one voucher code can be applied per booking. This includes, but is not limited to, Booking Credits, Hotel Benefits, +1 Extra Hour, voucher codes, student offers, new member vouchers, and other promotional campaigns.
What happens if I cancel a booking made with a Booking Credit?
If a booking made with a Booking Credit voucher is cancelled, the redeemed voucher will only be refunded if the booking is eligible for free cancellation. For non-refundable bookings, the redeemed voucher will not be refunded.
Terms and Conditions
- Booking Credits can only be used on eligible bookings made through Flow.
- Each Booking Credit can be used once only and must be applied at checkout before payment.
- Only one Booking Credit, Hotel Benefit or voucher code can be used per booking.
- Booking Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, resold or used outside of Flow.
- Booking Credits are valid only for the Flow account from which they were redeemed.
- Each Booking Credit has its own validity period. Please check the expiry date shown on the voucher after redemption.
- If a booking made with a Booking Credit voucher is cancelled, the redeemed voucher will only be refunded if the booking is eligible for free cancellation. For non-refundable bookings, the redeemed voucher will not be refunded.
- Voucher usage is subject to the selected hotel, booking type, and payment method. Certain hotels or bookings may not be eligible for voucher usage, including but not limited to bookings made with Pay at Property or prepaid payment options. Please review the voucher terms for your selected hotel before redeeming.
- Any unused value of a Booking Credit will not be refunded, exchanged or carried forward.
- Flow reserves the right to reject, cancel or void any redemption that is invalid, incomplete, duplicated, fraudulent, resold or misused.
- Flow reserves the right to amend the reward details, usage rules and terms without prior notice.
