You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• A tax of MYR 10.00 per accommodation, per night is imposed by the country of Malaysia and collected at the property beginning January 1, 2023. Permanent residents and Malaysian nationals are exempt from the tax. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for buffet breakfast: MYR 45 for adults and MYR 22.5 for children (approximately)
• Airport shuttle fee: MYR 110 per room (one-way)
• Rollaway bed fee: MYR 80 per day

Effective 1 June 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4- and 5-star hotels and MYR 2 per room per night for 0- to 3-star hotels. The property’s star rating will be in accordance to the rating from the Local Council, and should the rating differ from the website, the Local Council rating will apply. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein.
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing your stay, our hotel will be undergoing a phased renovation from 01 August to mid-December 2026.During this period, the hotel will remain open and continue welcoming guests as scheduled. Renovation works will be carried out in carefully planned phases, with only selected areas being upgraded at any one time to minimise disruption to your experience.Please be advised that our recreational facilities will be temporarily closed from 01 August to 21 August 2026 to facilitate enhancement works.To help ensure a comfortable and restful stay for all guests, renovation activities will be limited to 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. While every effort will be made to minimise noise and inconvenience, occasional construction-related disturbances may be experienced during these hours.
