2. Receive Room Information
Within 3 minutes, you will receive your room details via WhatsApp (Room number / Passcode for room entry).
3. Access Your Room
Use the passcode provided to unlock and enter your room.
Note: An access card is placed inside your room.

- Access the hotel entrance after 12am
Self Check-Out Procedure
- Compulsory: Drop the access card into the Check-Out Box located in the lobby.
- If you did not drop the access card, please send us a WhatsApp message to inform the hotel that you have checked out.

- All guests must be at least 18 years old (i.e. birthdate must have passed).
- Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must provide valid physical supporting documents.
- All guests are required to present a valid physical government-issued ID/IC upon arrival. Foreign guests must present a physical passport.
- Guests must provide a valid physical government-issued identification card upon check-in. Passport may be required upon check-in for foreign guests.
- During reservation, please enter your name as it appears in your identification document.
- All hotel rooms are designated as smoke-free rooms. A penalty charge of RM200 will be imposed if guests are found smoking in the room.
