Welcome to By the Sea (BTS). May we know your arrival time? Check-in after 8 pm will incur an additional charge of RM50.

Guest must register before we issue the key. Check-in time is from 3 pm, and check-out time is at 12 pm.

Operational hours are from 9 am to 6 pm only. Parking will be available on the ground floor.

Please contact hotel upon before or upon arrival at BTS. Hotel will register you and provide you with the keys.

Your unit number and Wi-Fi information are available on your access card surface.
