The Flow Dollars will be credited to the member’s Flow account 3 days after the check-out date of the booking.

The reward amount is determined by your membership tier: Silver members will receive HK$10 in Flow Dollars, Gold members will receive HK$25 in Flow Dollars, and Diamond members will receive HK$50 in Flow Dollars. The currency and amount of Flow Dollars depend on the region where the booking was made. Flow Dollars will be credited to your Flow account 3 days after the checkout date of your booking. Each member is eligible to enjoy the reward a maximum of three times per month.
