You can use any of the payment methods below to process your bookings in the Flow App:
We currently do not offer any cancellations or refunds unless the hotel fails to provide a room.
We currently do not allow modification on any booking, unless the merchant fails to provide the space. You are encouraged to review the booking details before payment.
After we process your refund, it may take up to 12 days for the bank to post the credit to your account, and up to 2 billing cycles for that credit to show on your statement.
It's a standard practice for hotels to ask for a deposit. It ranges from HKD$500 to HKD$1000, your deposit will be refunded to you in full when you check out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges you've accumulated during your stay.
Q: Do you only offer daytime booking?
A: No. We offer both daytime and overnight bookings.
Q: I tried to pay using PayMe but the app shows me an error message and the booking is not completed.
A: Please check the below steps: 1) there is sufficient balance in your PayMe account; and 2) do follow the below steps when you pay: -when PayMe shows you “payment succeeded”, please DO NOT press the “return” button. You’ll be re-directed back to Flow App automatically in 5 seconds; -the amount charged due to any incomplete booking will be refunded in full to you PayMe account in 5 minutes. No worries.
